Yes, you can use it all over if you like. As it contains magnesium, which is used to help relieve muscle pain, and Lugols iodine plus great essential oils which are anti-bacterial and good for healing all types of scrapes, bites, irritations etc, it is therefore great to use for many purposes.

As there is 100ml per bottle, each application is approx. 2ml, there are about 50 applications per bottle.

Well it could be ingested, but it has a bitter taste due to the magnesium oil & Lugols Iodine, so I wouldn’t recommend it. However I don’t like to put anything on my skin which I wouldn’t ingest, so all the ingredients are such.

Yes absolutely. The aroma is mild as not all people like strong smells, so please add your preferred essential oils, start by adding just a couple of drops and continue until you are happy with the strength. If possible make sure they are high quality oils, as pure as possible, its good to make sure everything we put on our skin is such.

No, as it won’t be much fun massaging it into your breasts if it is icy cold! However please keep out of direct sunlight & heat.

You will probably find that you feel more invigorated after skin brushing and massaging your breasts, and you may or may not notice some changes in the fullness or shape after some weeks of use.
